Return Policy

Thank you for supporting C.A.S.ON! Because our merchandise is provided in connection with charitable contributions, the following policy applies.

Refund Policy

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

 

All contributions made through this Site are final and non-refundable, including contributions tied to merchandise. We cannot return donations once processed.

 

2. Exchanges for Merchandise

 

If your contribution included merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.), we offer exchanges only under these conditions:

 

  • Eligible for exchange:

 

  • wrong size ordered (one exchange per item), or

  • item arrived damaged/defective, or

  • incorrect item received.

 

  • Not eligible:

 

  • normal wear/tear,

  • items damaged after delivery,

  • multiple size swaps beyond the first exchange,

  • requests made outside the exchange window.

 

3. Exchange Window

 

To request an exchange, contact us within 15 days of delivery at casonconnect@gmail.com with:

 

  • your order number, and

  • a brief description of the issue (and photos if damaged).

 

4. Exchange Process

 

We will provide instructions for return shipment if needed.

 

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested size/item is unavailable, we may offer:

 

  • a comparable replacement, or

  • credit for a different item, or

  • (if approved) a partial alternative acknowledgment at our discretion.

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

If the item was defective or incorrect: we cover shipping.

 

If exchanging due to size: you may be responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise.

 

6. Tax Deduction Note

 

If merchandise is exchanged, your original quid pro quo receipt remains valid because the goods/services value is unchanged. If an item is returned without replacement (rare), your deductible amount may change and we may issue an updated acknowledgment.
