Welcome to C.A.S.O.N (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using https://www.casonconnect.org (the “Site”), or by making a contribution through the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only and not to:

violate any applicable laws or regulations;
interfere with the Site’s security or functionality;
attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

2. Contributions, Merchandise, and Quid Pro Quo Disclosure

Merchandise offered through this Site is provided in connection with a charitable contribution. When you select a T-shirt, hoodie, or other item tied to a contribution level, it is considered a quid pro quo contribution.

The fair market value (FMV) of each item will be disclosed on the product page and/or in your receipt.

Your tax-deductible amount is limited to the portion of your contribution that exceeds the FMV of goods/services you receive.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party processors and are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers unless explicit authorization.

4. Contribution Acknowledgments / Receipts

After checkout, you will receive an email acknowledgment/receipt. For quid pro quo contributions, the receipt will include the FMV of goods/services provided and the estimated deductible portion, as required by law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the USA. Estimated fulfillment times are 5-7. Delivery times vary by carrier and location. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (carrier delays, weather, customs, etc.).

6. Exchanges and Refunds

All contributions are final and non-refundable (see our Return/Exchange Policy for details). If you receive merchandise, exchanges may be available in certain cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to C.A.S.O.N and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site’s reliability, accuracy, or availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C.A.S.O.N will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or contributions.
